About Me

Veronica Wilson Training Services (VWTS) have been delivering NVQ qualifications in and around the Southend-on-Sea area of Essex for over 6 years. To date we have helped around 600 individuals attain their NVQ qualifications.

My aim is to give you the support and guidance that you need to develop and demonstrate your existing skills to the level required, to achieve a work based competence that is recognised by your current and future employers.

My approach to this is to set up and maintain regular telephone contact and to meet you in your workplace at least once every 1-2 weeks. During our meetings we will monitor your progress and set forward action plans. I also work closely with your Managers to keep them appraised of your progress.

There are NO tight time limits to achieve your certification. We will work together at a pace that is comfortable for you. During our future meetings I will explain all that is required of you and give you the support and encouragement that you need to develop your potential and achieve your qualification.
